Cook Time: 20 minutes
Serves : 3-4
Ingredients:
Elbow macaroni or your favorite pasta : 2.5 cups uncooked
Butter: 3 tbsp + 1 tbsp
Milk : 2 cups
All purpose flour: 1/4 cup
Cheddar cheese: 8 oz diced
Buffalo sauce: 4 tbsp
Chicken: 400 gms
Ground Pepper: 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Heat pan with 1 tbsp of butter and fry the chicken till golden brown by adding salt and pepper. Take it out and keep aside.
Boil water and cook pasta as per instructions on the box. Drain and add some oil so the pasta doesn't stick.
Heat the pan with 3 tbsp of butter and whisk the flour in for 1 minute. Add warm milk and cook for 2 minutes. Add the diced cheese and cook until it's melted. Add the buffalo sauce and mix well. Add the cooked pasta and cook for 10 minutes on low heat. Add chicken and mix well. Cook for 1 minute.
Turn off the stove and serve hot.
