Ingredients:
Samosas : 3
Hari Chutney: 4 tbsp
Sweet Chutney: 4 tbsp
Onion : 2 tsp chopped finely
Tomato: 2 tsp chopped finely
Fine Sev : 1/4 cup
Chana : 3-4 tbsp
For Chana: ( Serves 3-4)
Chana : 2 cups soaked and boiled.
Onion : 1 chopped
Red chili powder: 2 tsp
Cumin powder: 1/2 tsp
Amchur: 1/2 tsp
Garam masala: 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions, once they turn translucent, add all the spices and sauté for 30 seconds. Add the cooked Chana. Cook for 2-3 minutes and turn off the heat.
Setting the Chat:
Break the samosas into bite size pieces and lay down in a bowl. Add the hari chutney and sweet chutney. Add 3-4 tbsp of Chana, onions and tomatoes. Add the second layer of hari chutney and sweet chutney. Top it off with thin sev. Serve hot.
