Cook Time: 5 minutes
Makes : 25-30 medium size pedas
Ingredients:
Sweetened Condensed Milk: 400ml (1container)
Milk Powder: 1.5 cups
Green cardamom: 4 powdered take the skins off.
Ghee : 1 tbsp
Method:
Mix all the ingredients with a whisk in a microwave safe bowl.
Cook on high for 5 minutes checking every 30-45 seconds and mixing well in between.
Let it cool and make Peda or the shape of a laddu. Put some ghee on your hands while doing it so the Peda comes out smooth.
Eat with in 2-3 days or refrigerate for a week.
