Tawa Pulav - Street food

Preparation Time: 10 minutes 
Cook Time: 10 minutes 
Serves: 3-4

Basmati Rice: 1.5 cups 
Onion : 1 large chopped 
Carrot : 1 large chopped 
Green beans: 5-6 chopped 
Peas : 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste: 1 tbsp 
Cumin seeds : 1 tsp 
Red chili paste: 2 tsp 
Pav Bhaji masala: 3 tsp 
Salt to taste 
Oil : 4 tbsp 


Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, once they are browned, add onion and sauté till they turn translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for 30 seconds. Add all the veggies and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add all the spices and mix well. Add rice and toss well. Cook for 2 minutes and turn off the heat.
Serve hot with raita. You can add lemon juice if you like.
