Tandoori chicken masala

Preparation Time: 10 minutes 
Cook Time: 15 minutes 
Serves: 2- 4


Tandoori chicken: 300 gms
Onions: 1 large cut in half and sliced
Ginger garlic paste: 1 tbsp 
Tomato: 2 chopped 
Tandoori masala: 1 tsp 
Butter: 2 tbsp 
Salt to taste 
Boiling water: 1cup


Heat butter in a pan and add onions. Sauté them till they turn translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for 1 minute. Add tandoori masala and mix well. Add tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy. 
Add the cooked tandoori chicken and boiled water and mix well. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Take the lid and cook for another 5 minutes or until the gravy thickens. 
Turn off the heat and Serve hot with biryani, roti, rice or naan
