Onion Raita

Preparation Time: 5 minutes 
Serves: 2-3

Ingredients:
Onion : 1 large chopped finely 
Tomato: 1 chopped 
Green chili: 1 chopped finely 
Curd/ Yogurt: 2 cups
Water : 1/4 cup
Salt to taste 

Method:

Beat the curd by adding water. Add all the ingredients to the curd and mix gently.

Enjoy the raita with biryani or Pulav.
