Strawberry Banana smoothie - No sugar added

Preparation Time: 5 minutes 
Serves: 1

Ingredients:
Banana: 1 medium 
Strawberry (fresh/frozen) : 1/4 cup sliced
Milk : 6 oz
Honey : 1 tsp 
Ground Cinnamon: a pinch 
Ice cubes/crushed: 1/4 cup 

Method:

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend for 1 minute. Your smoothly is ready to drink.

A good morning drink or a evening refreshing drink. Kids will love the taste too. With no sugar added, it's healthy too.
