Gravy for Mashed potatoes

Preparation Time: 5 minutes 
Cook Time: 10 minutes 
Serves : 6


All purpose flour/Maida : 3 tbsp 
Chicken bouillon: 1 large cube
Evaporated milk: 1 (12oz) can
Warm Water : 1/2 cup
Ground pepper: 1/2 tsp 


Take flour in a pan and turn the heat on. Keep stirring, add the chicken bouillon and pepper. Slowly add the evaporated milk and whisk it so no lumps are formed. Add water and keep stirring with a whisk until the gravy it thick. Should take about 5-6 minutes. 

Turn off the stove and serve hot with mashed potatoes.
