Chili Chicken Andhra Style

Preparation Time: 10 minutes 
Cook Time: 20 minutes 
Serves: 3-4

Ingredients:

To Marinate:
Boneless Chicken: 500 gms cubed 
Egg : 1
Ginger garlic paste: 1/2 tsp 
All purpose flour/maida: 4 tbsp 
Corn flour/starch : 2 tbsp 
Red chili powder: 1 tsp 
Salt to taste 

Other:

White spring onion: 1 cubed
Green, yellow Peppers /capsicum:1 cup cubed (colors are optional)
Green chilies : 3-4 slit
Ginger garlic paste: 1 tsp 
Soy sauce: 2 tsp 
Chili garlic paste: 2 tsp 
Red chili powder: 1/2 tsp 
Vinegar: 1 tsp 
Salt to taste 
Water: 3 tbsp 
Oil: 3 tbsp 

Method:

Mix all the ingredients under marinate and let them sit for 15-20 minutes in the refrigerator.

Heat oil for deep frying and fry the chicken in 2-3 batches depending on your pan size until they are golden brown. It should take about 5-7 minutes per batch.

Heat oil in a pan on high heat, add Ginger garlic paste, sauté for 10 seconds, add green chilies, peppers and onions, sauté for 2 minutes. Add all the sauces and mix well. Sauté for 30 seconds and add water. Let it cook for 1 minute. Now add the fried chicken and toss well.
Serve hot as a starter, snack or with fried rice.
