The flaky puffy and boiled egg with powdered spices brings a unique taste.
This is a very simple and quick recipe. But the taste will linger in mouth for a long time.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Bake Time: 10 minutes
Makes : 8 Puffs
Ingredients:
Boiled eggs : 4
Puff pastry sheets : 1 1/3 ( one full sheet and one piece of the second one)
Cumin coriander powder: 1 tsp
Red chili powder: 1 tsp
Chaat masala: 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Mix all the masalas to make a powder.
Cut the boiled eggs in half as shown in the picture.
Cut the full pastry sheet into 6 pieces and the 1/3 piece into 2 pieces.
Take the masala and spread over the egg piece as shown in the picture.
Put that in reverse onto the pastry sheet and close the two ends with the help of a drop of water. Press tight so the shape remains during baking.
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F and bake the egg puffs for 10 minutes.
Serve hot with ketchup or chili sauce.
