Chicken Chow Mein - Indian Style

I love Indo-Chinese food so as the Kids. Hubby is not a fan of noodles or Chinese flavors. But, he started liking homemade dishes. 
Coming to this dish, hubby and my darling daughter went for seconds so, it was a hit.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes 
Cook Time: 15 minutes 
Serves: 3-4

Ingredients:
Chinese Noodles : 500 gms pack
Chicken: 500 gms cut into bite size pieces 
Carrot: 1 cut in julienne 
Cabbage: 1 cup shredded 
Scallions: 3 chopped in an angle 
Black pepper: 1 tsp 
Soy sauce: 2 tsp 
Hoisin sauce: 1 tsp 
Chili garlic paste: 3 tsp 
Salt to taste 

Method:

Place the noodles in a pan and pour boiling water over them to soak.
Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a wok or a deep pan on high heat and chicken, sauté for 6 minutes. Add pepper and salt, mix well. 
Add all the veggies, except the green part of the scallions. Cook for 5 minutes. Add all the sauces. 
Mix well and cook for 3 minutes. Add drained noodles to the chicken and mix well. Cook for 1 minute.
Serve hot.
