Baked Jalapeño Poppers

I had the best Jalapeño poppers from a small local restaurant here but they were deep fried. At work during lunch time, if we ordered food from there, this item was a staple for us.
I tried to re create the same taste by baking the Jalapeños instead of deep frying them, they turned out really good.

Preparation Time
: 10 minutes
Bake Time: 20 minutes
Serves : 2-3

Ingredients:
Jalapeños: 12
Sharp cheddar cheese: 3 oz
Cream cheese: 3 oz
Panko bread crumbs: 1/4 cup

Method:
Cut the Jalapeños in half and take the seeds out.
Pre heat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Take a baking sheet, line it with aluminum foil and place the jalapeños on it.
Fill them with first cream cheese, cheddar cheese and top with bread crumbs.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheeses are melted.
Serve hot.
