Cajun Seasoning - Simple Recipe

Cajun cooking is originally from French Cuisine but has become very famous in Louisiana, USA.
The flavors are very rustic and fantastic.
This seasoning can be used on poultry, veggies and fried foods.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes 
Blend Time: 2 minutes 
Makes : 1/2 cup seasoning

Paprika : 2 teaspoons 
Dried Oregano: 2 teaspoons 
Red chili powder: 1 teaspoon 
Garlic powder: 2 teaspoons
Black pepper: 1.5 teaspoons 
Salt : 1/2 teaspoon
White pepper: 2 teaspoons


Take all the ingredients listed in a coffee grinder and grind into a fine powder. 
Save un used seasoning in an airtight container for 2-3 weeks.
