Aloo Gobi Fry/ Cauliflower Potato Fry

This Aloo Gobi Fry was introduced to me by a dearest friend several years ago. She hails from Delhi. I loved the taste of it, it's a favorite dish for kids too.
The dish is really easy to make with simple ingredients, but the crispy veggies brings uniqueness to it.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Serves : 4

Ingredients:
Cauliflower: 1 medium size cut into bite size pieces
Potatoes: 3 medium diced
Garam masala: 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder: 1 teaspoon
Amchur/dry mango powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric: 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste

Method:
Heat oil for deep frying and fry the cauliflower and potatoes in batches until they are golden brown. Should take about 15-20 minutes.
Mix all the spices together.
Heat one teaspoon of oil in a pan, add spices and fry for 1 minute. Add fried all and Gobi, toss well to coat. Fry for 2-3 minutes and turn off the stove.
Serve hot with rice or roti.
