Veg corn chowder

Preparation Time: 10 Minutes 
Cooking Time: 20 minutes 
Serves : 4

Milk : 3 Cups
Potatoes: 2 large
Corn kernels : 2 cups
Red or orange pepper- 1
Carrot: 1 large
Onion : 1 medium
Butter : 4 tbsp
Black pepper: 2 tsp
White pepper: 1 tsp
Spear mint : 1 tsp
Oregano: 1 tsp


Head a pot and add butter. Add onions and fry for 3 minutes. Add all vegetables and cook for 2 more minutes. 

Add all spices and mix well. Add the milk( don't add cold milk, heat in the microwave for 1 minute if necessary). Cook for 10 minutes and turn off the heat.

Healthy and delicious soup ready.
