Rava Dosa

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Makes : 8 Dosas


Sooji/bombai rava/ Upma rava : 1/2 cup
Rice flour /biyyappindi : 1/2 cup 
All purpose flour/ maida : 1/4 cup
Cumin seeds/ jeera : 1/2 tsp
Onion : 1 medium chopped finely 
Green chilies: 2 chopped finely 
Ginger: 1inch piece chopped finely 
Salt to taste
Water : 360 ml


First mix all the dry ingredients with water with no lumps and then add the veggies to the batter.

Heat the tawa/griddle to make dosa and pour over the batter on it. Don't spread like regular dosa. Let it cook for about 2 minutes to let the dosa turn golden brown and take it off and serve with any chutney. ( you really don't need any chutney with this one).
