Simple homemade ice cream/kulfi

Preparation Time : 10 minutes
Freezing Time : 6-8 hours


Milk - 1 cup
Heavy Whipped Cream - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Any flavored essence/ extract - 1tsp
Food color if you want

Method :

Mix the whipped cream and sugar until it turns into a smooth paste.
Mix the 1tsp of extract ( I used vanilla) and mix. Now add milk and mix well.
Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for 6-8 hours or overnight.
This mixture can be poured into Popsicle too. Kids will love it.
