Besan Curry/ Senagapindi koora for poori

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time : 10 minutes
Serves : 4

Ingredients :

Onions : 2 large sliced thinly
Green Chilies : 6 slit 
Besan/ Senagapindi : 3 tbsp
Water : 1 cup
Oil : 3 tbsp
Turmeric : 1/2 tsp

For tempering:

Jeera : 1tsp
Urad dal : 1 tsp
Mustard seeds : 1 tsp
Curry leaves : 1 sprig

Method :

Heat oil in a pan and add all ingredients under tempering and fry until they splatter.
Add onions, green chilies, salt and turmeric and cook until they turn transparent. Add 1 cup of water and bring it to a boil.
Add 1/4 of water to besan and mix well. Add this mixture to the onions.
Cook for another 3-4 minutes and turn off the heat.
Serve hot with poori or roti.
