Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Almonds/Badam: 1/2 cup
Sugar : 1 cup
Green cardamom: 3
Saffron/kesar : 7-8 strands
Dry roast the almonds for 2 minutes on low flame. Turn off the heat and let them cool for 2-3 minutes.
Blend all the ingredients together in 1 or 2 batches until it turns into a fine powder.
Store in a air tight container.
This drink mix can be mixed with either hot or cold milk. (2 tsp of mix for 12 0z/300ml. You can modify to your taste).
