Tandoori Rice

Preparation Time: 10 minutes 
Cook Time: 10 minutes 
Serves : 2

Ingredients:

Basmati rice: 1 cup 
Onion: 1 medium cut in half and sliced
Tomato: 1 chopped 
Green pepper/capsicum: 1/2 sliced
Tandoori masala mix: 1tbsp
Salt to taste 

Method:

Cook the rice with 2 cups of water.

Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a pan and fry onions until they turn translucent. Add the tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes. Add the green peppers and salt and cook for 2 more minutes.

Add rice and tandoori masala mix and mix well. Leave it for one minute and Turn off the heat. Serve hot with raita.
