Chicken 65

Here is an easy Chicken 65 recipe you can make as an appetizer or to accompany with fried rice.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes 
Cooking Time : 30 minutes 
Serves : 4

Ingredients:

To Marinate:
Boneless Chicken: 500 grams 
Egg : 1 full
Vinegar: 1 tsp
Garam masala: 1.5 tsp
Corn flour/starch : 3tbsp
Red chili powder : 1 tbsp
Ajinomoto/China salt : 1tsp
Salt to taste.

To make the sauce:

Red chili garlic sauce : 1.5 tsp
Tomato ketchup: 1 tbsp
Soy sauce : 1 tsp
Red food color (optional) : 1/2 tsp
Vinegar: 1tsp
Ajinomoto: 1tsp
Oil : 2 tbsp

Other:
Onion : 1 diced
Green chili : 1 slit
Green onions : 1 to garnish 
1/4 cup of water

Method :

Take all the ingredients under marinate and mix well. 
Leave it for 15 minutes.

Mix well all the ingredients under to make the sauce in a bowl.

Heat oil in a pan to deep fry the chicken and fry until cooked. Don't over cook, the chicken will turn dry.

Once the chicken is fried, take it onto a paper so it absorbs any oil left over.

Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan on high heat and add green chili to it, wait for 30 seconds and add onions.

Once the onion turns transparent, add the sauce and fry for 1 minute. 
Add 1/4 of water and cook for 1 minutes. Now add the fried chicken and mix well.
Turn off the stove and add green onions to garnish.
