Masala baby potatoes

Preparation Time: 10 minutes 
Cook Time: 5 minutes 

Baby potatoes: 12-15
Red chili powder: 1/2 tsp 
Asafoetida : 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder: 1/2 tsp
Garam masala: 1 tsp
Oil : 2 tbsp
Salt  to taste 


Clean and Boil the potatoes. (You don't have to peel the skin off unless it's really thick). Prick the potatoes either with a fork or a small knife.

Heat oil in a pan and add the potatoes. Fry them for 3 minutes. Now add all the spices and fry for 2 minutes. Turn off the stove.

This is a great snack, or can be eaten with rice and sambar or rasam. Tastes good as a side dish with soup/salad.
