Healthy breakfast on the go

In this busy world, the most ignored but important meal of the day is breakfast. Here is a simple recipe you can make in less than 5 minutes and take it on the go.

Ingredients:

Milk: 6 oz (you can substitute with any flavored milk if you want)
1 minute oats : 1/4 cup
Fruit : 1/4 cup (your choice. Berries work better) 

Method:

Mix all the ingredients together in a blender and blend for 30 seconds.

Enjoy the fresh drink.
