Spicy fried eggs

This is a very simple and quick fried egg recipe that can be served as a starter or as a side dish with rasam/sambar rice.

Frying the boiled egg will give a distinct texture. 

Preparation Time: 5 minutes 
Cook Time: 10 minutes 
Serves : 3-4

Ingredients:

Boiled eggs: 5
Red chili powder: 1 teaspoon 
Chaat masala: 1 teaspoon 
Cumin powder : 1/4 teaspoon 
Coriander powder: 1/4 teaspoon 
Salt to taste 

Method:

Cut the boiled eggs in half as shown in the picture, mix all the spices to make the spice mixture.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a fry pan and gently place the eggs white side down, fry for 2 minutes or until you hear splatter, turn the eggs and sprinkle half of the spice mixture onto the eggs. After 1 minute, turn the eggs back, sprinkle the rest of spice mixture and turn the eggs so the oil keeps the mixture intact and turn off the stove. 
Serve hot as an appetizer or as a side dish with rasam/sambar rice.
