Bread Sticks topped with a blend of cheeses and spices brings a lot of flavors to this particular dish. When dipped in marinara sauce, the taste is just amazing.

Ingredients:
To make the dough:
Active Dry yeast: 1 packet or 2 1/4 teaspoons
Sugar: 1 tablespoon
Water : 2 1/4 cups warm water
Oil : 3 tablespoons
All purpose flour: 5 cups
Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
Spice Topping:
Garlic powder: 2 tablespoons
Dried parsley: 2 tablespoons
Dried spearmint: 2 tablespoons
Dried oregano: 2 tablespoons
Salt : 1/2 teaspoon
Onion powder: 2 tablespoons
Olive oil: 3 tablespoons
Cheese : Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella, cheddar mixed -1.5 cups
Method:
Mix sugar, yeast and warm water in a very large bowl. Wait for 15 minutes for yeast to ferment.
Add oil, salt and 2 cups of flour and start kneading. Add the rest of the 2 cups and knead well. Take the dough to a working surface and knead well until the dough is elastic and doesn't tear when you pull.
Put the dough back in the bowl, cover with a plastic wrap and store in a warm place for 1.5 hours.
Take the dough out, punch it down and roll it into a rectangle shape to fit into the baking sheet or pan.
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
Spread olive over the dough.
Mix the ingredients listed under for topping except cheeses and spread it all over the dough. Spread the cheese mix on the dough and bake for 15 minutes.
Serve hot with marinara sauce.
