Caramel Chocolate nut cake

My daughter loves Caramel and chocolate so I was trying different recipes to get the result I was looking for. Finally, with adding some ingredients and eliminating some from my original recipe, I came up with this one. It was an instant hit in my house especially my kids are in love with it and asks me to make this all time.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Bake Time: 1 hour
Makes : 9.5 inch bundt cake.

Unsalted butter: 1.5 cups at room temperature
Light brown sugar : 2 cups
Eggs : 5
All purpose flour: 3 cups
Baking powder: 1/2 tsp
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Milk : 1/2 cup
Vanilla extract: 1 tsp
Pecans : 1 cup chopped
Semi sweet Chocolate chunks : 1 cup

Beat butter till it's soft. Add sugar and beat until soft and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and beat on medium speed to mix well.
Sieve the flour, salt and baking powder in a separate bowl and add it to butter and blend on medium for 4-5 minutes until a smooth mixture is formed.
Add milk and blend on low for 2 minutes. Add vanilla extract and blend to mix.
Slowly fold in the pecan pieces and chocolate chunks.
Pre Heat the oven to 325 degrees F.
Grease the bundt cake pan with butter and pour the batter in.
Bake for 60 minutes or until a knife comes out clean from the middle.
Take out, let it cool for 30 minutes before turning the cake into a plate.
