Chicken Chili in a Slow Cooker

This cold weather and long shifts at work are making me try more and more slow cooker recipes for the family as they have dinner ready to eat while I'm still at work.

So, here is another one of those dishes I tried with simple variation to the regular chili. This one is made with ground chicken.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes 
Cook Time: 6-8 hours 
Serves : 4-5

Ingredients:

Ground Chicken: 450 gms /1 lb
Chicken broth: 2 cups 
Kidney beans: 1 can
Cannellini beans : 1 can
Red chili powder: 2 teaspoons 
Cumin powder: 1 teaspoon 
Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon 
Garlic: 2 cloves 
Dry red chilies: 2
Ground cinnamon: 1/2 teaspoon 
Oregano: 1/2 teaspoon 
Sun dried tomatoes: 1/2 teaspoon 
Salt to taste 

Method:
Wash and drain the beans.
Mix all the ingredients in the slow cooker and set it to 6-8 hours on low or 3-4 hours on high. 
Just before Serving, add 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder for the color and serve hot with some corn bread.
