Chili garlic fried rice

Chili Garlic Fried Rice is a quick and easy  fried rice dish made with very basic ingredients. The usage of Chili garlic sauce and lots of fresh garlic is the key to get the flavors. 

The fried rice is filled with veggies so it's healthy and a great one for lunch boxes too as kids love it.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes 
Cook Time: 10 minutes 
Serves : 4-5

Ingredients:
Long grain rice : 1 1/2 cups
Onion: 1 sliced thinly 
Capsicum/Green pepper: 1 sliced
Cabbage: 1/2 cup shredded 
Garlic: 5 cloves sliced thinly 
Chili garlic sauce: 4 teaspoons 
Soy sauce: 2 teaspoons 
Rice vinegar: 1 teaspoon 
Salt to taste 

Method:

Cook rice and let it cool off for at least a half an hour.
Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a wok and add garlic, after 30 seconds, add all veggies and sauté on high heat for 4-5 minutes. 
Add chili garlic sauce, mix well and add rice. Add soy sauce, salt and vinegar. Mix well and cook on medium for 3 minutes.
Turn off the stove and serve hot.
