Chicken Stew in a crockpot

Chicken Stew is healthy with lots of veggies added to this but very simple to make as it's made in a slow cooker. 
When you are working all day and want to come home to dinner pretty much made, this is a good one for you.
Kids loved this too so, it's approved by kids and adults.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes 
Cook Time: 6-8 hours
Serves : 4-5

Ingredients:
Chicken: 1.5 pounds or 700 gms boneless cut into 2" pieces 
Potato: 1 large, peeled and diced
Carrot : 1 large diced into 1" pieces 
Green pepper/Capsicum: 1 large diced 
Into 1" pieces 
Onion : 1 large diced 
All purpose flour: 1/4 cup 
Oregon: 1 teaspoon 
White pepper: 1 teaspoon 
Onion powder: 1 teaspoon 
Ginger powder: 1 teaspoon 
Cayenne: 2 teaspoons
Chicken broth: 2 cups
Salt to taste 
Cream cheese: 4 oz

Method:

Mix the chicken with the flour. Add it into the slow cooker. Add the ingredients except cream cheese, mix well and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-3.5 hours.
In the last 30 minutes, add the cream cheese, mix well and close the lid.
Serve hot with hot tortillas.
