As there are more healthy ingredients and only a little bit of ice cream, this milkshake can be given to kids after school with snacks or it's a snack by itself. Woks great for toddlers too.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Blend Time: 1 minute
Serves : 1
Ingredients:
Blueberries: 1/3 cup
Milk : 1 cup/8 oz
Vanilla Ice cream: 2 small scoops
Cinnamon: 1/2 teaspoon
Method:
Take all ingredients into a blender and blend till smooth.
Note:
For extra sweetness, add 1 teaspoon of honey.
