Honey and Cinnamon roasted Sweet Potatoes

It's December and Christmas is right around the corner. This honey and cinnamon roasted sweet potatoes is a simple to make side dish for the Christmas meal.
Kids loved the flavors of this delicious dish.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Bake Time : 25 minutes
Serves : 2-4


Sweet Potatoes: 750 grams
Honey : 1/2 cup
Ground Cinnamon: 2 teaspoons
Olive oil : 1/4 cup
Ground Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
Sea salt : 1/2 teaspoon


Wash, peel and chop the sweet potatoes into 1" cubes.
Preheat the oven to 375 degree Fahrenheit.
Lay the sweet potatoes in a baking pan lined with aluminum foil.
Drizzle all the ingredients and place it in the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
Take it out, toss well and serve hot.
