Cook Time: 20 minutes
Serves : 4
Ingredients:
Keema ( ground Chicken/Mutton) : 500 gms
Onion : 1 large chopped
Ginger garlic paste: 2 tsp
Red chili powder: 2 tsp
Turmeric powder : 1 tsp
Green chilies: 2 slit
Garam masala: 1.5 tsp
Oil : 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
For tempering:
Cloves : 5
Green cardamom: 2
Cinnamon stick: 1"
Method:
Heat oil in a pan and add the ingredients under for tempering and fry for 1 minute.
Add onion, green chilies and turmeric and fry till the onions turn translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 30 seconds.
Add the ground meat/keema, salt, red chili powder and 1/2 tsp of garam masala and cook for 10-15 minutes until oil is separated. Add the rest of garam masala and cook for 2 more minutes.
You can garnish with cilantro if you like.
Turn off the heat and serve hot with roti,rice or tortillas.
(Chicken will be cooked faster compared to mutton)
